First, we’ll schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. I’ll ask you about problems that you’re having, and ask you why you’re interested in seeking therapy right now and what kind of therapy you’re looking for. I’ll tell you about myself and answer any questions that you have.
At your first therapy appointment, I’ll ask you questions about different areas of your life, and we’ll discuss what problems you want help coping with. Each person has different issues and goals for therapy, so I tailor my therapeutic approach and your treatment plan to your specific needs.

I don’t work with children or adolescents (anyone under the age of 18). Although I specialize in the treatment of women’s mental health, I work with adults with a variety of mental health challenges. Let’s discuss in our initial phone consultation if I am the right fit for the problems that you are having.
